We've just had our third interior painting/repairing job done by Edgar Mendez, and I have to say he is the best we've had over the past 20 years! He was recommended by someone here on NextDoor, and we have not yet been disappointed. His work is impeccable. This last time we needed to do repairs after electric lighting was installed (holes were cut in walls and ceilings), and you would never be able to tell where he had to patch. In addition, from the start, he offered alternatives: instead of perhaps insisting that the entire room be repainted, he offered (and we agreed) to carefully match the paint and simply re-do one wall. There is no visible difference between the colors. The man and his assistants do high-quality work. The work is clean, the clean-up is perfect. Edgar is knowledgable, polite, very easy to work with. He is efficient, and does not keep us waiting a long time to begin his jobs. His prices are not the lowest, but as I told my family, we've seen what we've gotten with a lower price. (Hes also not the highest!)
